Importance Of Salah
The Quran commands performance of the salat (prayer) more than it commands any other activity.
Many sayings of the prophet suggest that God loves the salat (prayer) more than every other human act.
Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h. called salat the “centerpole” of the religion, suggesting the image of a tent with a single pole holding it up in the middle and with other poles as secondary supports.
